@khengsiong — “Boss”? I’ve never heard that! Must be a company thing.

Mmm… To me Vietnamese is closer to Chinese than to French. I’m always confused actually because I feel like pronouncing the names like in Chinese, but I don’t think that’s right!

Oh... you're clueless about Vietnamese names? I thought Vietnamese spelling is based on French? A couple of years ago I visited this Vietnam city called Can Tho. Its pronunciation is like Chinese 肯特. Oh boy... .-= khengsiong´s last blog ..Life with Influenza A Outbreak =-.

In the US, first name is also more commonly used. In the company I currently work, many employees address their supervisors as "boss". I find this really irritating.
