		<description>@expatraveler - Well, not really actually. I&#039;d say that each province has its set of laws, especially regarding regulated trades etc. But Quebec is the same.

@Beth - Amen! The process is really difficult for them.

@Sidney - Yes, it is! But it helps if you are prepared.

@Scarlet - Oh, as a hockey player, the only requirement is NOT to join the Toronto Maple Leaf :lol:</description>

The doctor shortage is a perfect example.  Of course, some re-education is necessary but the process should not be as arduous as it is.
