A Night With The Police

I love my students’ sense of humor. I just wish he wouldn’t have said that in front of the whole class. Indeed, I didn’t rob a bank, I just went to a concert. The Police. Hence the witty comment.

I grew up in the 80’s, and even though I was way too young to remember when The Police broke up in 1984, songs like “Message In A Bottle“, “Can’t Stand Losing You” and “So Lonely” found their way to my homemade tapes during my teenage years. That and an almost lethal dose of Nirvana, Radiohead, Guns & Roses and Pink Floyd kept me going through high school.

We didn’t get floor seats but we still had a pretty good view and Sting was awesome, as usual. Wish you were here…

And more concerts to come in the summer for us!

Your photographs are fab! I am truly jealous that you have been to see sting! I imagine that it was an amazing experience, you lucky lady!!! The only concert I am going to this year is to see Queen - even though it just won’t be the same without Freddie Mecury.
