An OUTGOING call centre. Which meant we had to ring people when Coronation Street was on and during other important events trying to sell them rubbish. And we weren't really meant to hang up on THEM. I have worked as an English teacher and that's no picnic either. Most of the students aren't motivated, they're just there because their boss/parents make them. Either that, or they see learning another language as a necessary evil, since these days you can't get a job without it.
