Colors Of Decay

The change of season is always dramatic in Canada. Spring goes like that : one day you’re going to work with the usual three sweaters and snowboots on, the next day you’re looking for your sandals and the backyard is flooded by all the snow melting.

Fall is similar. Right now, we’re enjoying really warm temperature, but I know that it’s only a matter of day before we enter Winter, with a cap “W”. Still, the colors are wonderful are I watched the trees turning yellow and red, the leaves falling and the wind blowing all my worries away…

I took these pictures this afternoon, in the huge Gatineau Park, by the Meech Lake.

Yay, welcome to WordPress! What do you think of it so far?

Those photos are beautiful. In Ohio lately, our evenings and mornings start out cool, so I put on sweaters and such. But by the afternoon it has warmed up a bit and then it’s too hot for a sweater. Crazy temps.
