@Bill Miller - Coquilles St Jacques are steamed, usually prepared with sauce etc. I&#039;m not big on oysters either, well, all raw food to be honest. Quiches were my favorite as a student: easy to eat and cheap!

@shionge - There are some milder cheese that it&#039;s easier to start with. Even Feng like it now!

@Linguist-in-Waiting - Travel to France next time, you would like it!

@silverneurotic - Really? Crêpes, not pancakes? I&#039;m surprised, because crêpe is not that famous in North America. 

@barbara - I grew up by the sea so I guess I got used to seafood early. Now, I&#039;m not big on oyster either... any raw food actually. Food in France is definitely great!

@aline - It&#039;s goat cheese, pretty mild. The spices are not too strong.</description>

		<description>I grew up eating crepes for breakfast, though, I usually just have it with a bit of maple syrup or strawberry jam.  Sometimes I&#039;ll eat them plain.  My mother made them once with a cream cheese filling, with a blueberry topping.  Very heavenly.</description>
