Unfortunately for me, there are no such shops and stores where we are and food is scarce for most, but really cheap if you can get your hands on some homegrown and homemade items. I avoid fish and pork because I'm wary of what they have fed on in the last few months since the disaster. The tips you have given sounds like the shopping pattern my wife has mastered for decades. She comes home with huge bundles of tissue paper because it's offered at a big discount. I tell her that it ties up funds on a single item and perhaps a smaller bundle would suffice. :-) But who can win an argument with a woman shopper eh?
