I think the amazing part is that the bus I think is actually touring along all over Canada! And the fact that all of the torch relay runners are wearing the same clothing from West to East. I can only imagine how different it feels in the snow however!

I bet it was a great experience just as it was for me.

@Seraphine — You’re right, I’m sure it was to keep warm! I should have ran with them, I was cold, so cold… I love these events, it’s a photographer’s dream because you get to take pictures of people.

@Nigel Babu — Twice, already, with Beijing last year!

@Bluefish — To be honest, there isn’t much going on in Ontario. I’m sure B.C is more marketed… and it’s so expensive to go anyway.

@Seb — I KNOW! I’m suing for false advertising.

@Tulsa Getleman — Unfortunately, we won’t be attending. First, I have to work and second, flying to B.C and staying there is very expensive, not to mention buying tickets for the games. It was paradoxally easier for us to go to Beijing last year!

Exciting! I love the “Vive Le Canada” photo. So festive! I’m planning to visit Canada for the Winter Olympics. Hopefully, my plan will push through.

How exciting to witness the passing of the Olympic Torch. I don't think a torch has ever passed through Tulsa. If it did I must haqve missed it. Zhu, you always seem to be where the excitement is. Maybe it follows you around. I hope you attend some of the games and post your journal as you did when you traveled to the end of the world and back. So this whole torch bearing thing is kind of a misnomer. I mean, I'm looking at the torch bearer and I don't see any mfing bears around. Kind of a let down. Where are the bears!!! .-= Seb´s last blog ..Acorns are so... dope. =-.

Let the anticipation begin! We are so looking forward to the winter Olympics, its our favorite here in Norway you know. We usually suck at the summer sports hehehe!! And dominate the winter ones, at least Biatholon, and cross country skiing which are our strongest, and don't forget ski jumping! We are actually watching speed skating as I am writing.
