Owls of the Nile from Threadless
I usually stay away from white t-shirts because 1) They are easily stained (life with a baby…) 2) They can be see-through. But I really liked the design, so I thought “why not, after all?”
Well, I’m very happy with my decision. First, I love the style. This is not a regular tee but a cross between a tank top and a t-shirt, with a boat neck. It is slightly loose and very breezy, perfect for the summer. The fabric is thick enough that not everyone gets to admire my bra—phew!
The “Owls of the Nile” design was created by Rachel Caldwell aka ThirstyFly, a talented Philadelphia-based illustrator. I absolutely love the details she included in this art! It’s a truly unique piece.
I ordered this piece for $7.95 and it was delivered as promised with the other tee. All in all, I’m very happy with both the style and the design.
