People of Beijing – Street Photography in China

“It’s kind of funny,” I pointed out to Feng. “I can see people looking at me, looking at you, then looking at Mark, as if they were realizing that is the end result of a Chinese-and-French-having-sex experiment.”

Chinese people stare. They love staring. They can’t help it. And it’s not a discreet glance but a long head-to-toes stare.

I’m okay with that because I stare back… and take pictures.
