I’ve been sucking at getting traffic and/or pagerank since I started paying heed to SEO, and I’ve never had a website below PR3 when I didn’t even know what it was…

So yeah, just do things the way you normally would and things usually go fine. Going beyond might be better for some but it doesn’t seem to make a difference for me.
