Hi Zhu,
Looks like you're still having a wonderful time. The pictures are great and the face you drew on the sand is very similar to those which used to be in your blog last time.
Nice info about the St Malo tides, I didn't know that there could be such a big difference between low and high tides.

zunnur's last blog post..Difficult moments

Wonder how well it served in the defence of the city...

It always amazes me how we humans can construct such beautiful buildings...

I just love to see small places like this - with lot of history and great architecture - you really document it well with your story and great pictures - thanks for sharing!

Btw: Great self portrait in the sand too :lol:

My wife loves Crepes. She doesn't get the real French crepes tho, but she likes it nevertheless.

Such beautiful pictures! Thanks for the tour. St. Malo sounds a bit like St. Augustine, which is another "walled city". We were just there in the fall. I just love old, historic cities.
Enjoy the rest of your trip :)

@Spyder - Yep, it's fun ;-)

@Jessica - I had so much crêpes, I almost ODed on them!

@Linguist-in-Waiting - I have always loved drawing on wet sand... We took a similar pictures years ago in New Zealand I think, we were thinking of it for this one. Thanks!

@shionge - France is pretty nice to visit! I'm glad I took a break from my North American life.

@Ghosty - Yeah, it's pretty unique!

@Shantanu - It changed quite a bit... prices are higher, people are a bit "blasé", sometimes things don't make sense for me. I'll write about it more next week...

@johnada - snails are creepy, can't blame you! Weather wasn't so good but it didn't rain at least. Just windy... We stayed inside the walls as well. Pretty unique I'd say!
