Pay It Forward

Do you believe in random acts of kindness?
According to the rules, “the exchange focuses on doing an act of kindness without expecting anything in return other than that the recipient will, in their turn, pass the kindness along and pay it forward in their own way.” I was one of the commenter who agreed to receive a small gift (you bet I was!) and to pass it on to other bloggers.

Things That Freak Me Out

There isn’t a good way present your products, no matter how many metaphors you use: “ED” (erectile dysfunction), “Love Life Again” (get it hard, finally), “miracle diet pill” (take a placebo pill and eat less) or “it’s time for an honest voice” (get out and exercise, lazy ass!). Not to mention the freaky side effects, usually muttered very fast at the end of the commercial.

The Kindness Of Strangers

A while ago, I blogged about Four Little Things and I mentioned my old Tiger Balm (万金油) that I bought long time ago. Shionge commented and offered to send me some from Singapore, where she lives — Tiger Balm, although widely used everywhere in the world and found throughout Asia, is manufactured in Singapore, so I guess she’s very familiar with it! I thanked her and we exchanged addresses.
