Heard about the guy who fell off a skyscraper? On his way down past each floor, he kept saying to reassure himself: “so far so good… so far so good… so far so good..” But how you fall doesn’t matter. It’s how you land which matters the most.

Long time ago, somewhere on the road :

— So, where do you want to go next ?

— Well, let me see… This city is supposed to be gringoland, but I’ve heard this one is pretty dangerous…

— Don’t worry about that, I’m immortal, I survived crossing streets in China.

— Are you nuts ? Don’t say it, you’ve just contradicted Murphy’s law !

— Which is…?

— Basically, every time you think that the worst is behind you, that you can’t experience worse than you had, that you can’t go any lower, then bam, something unexpected happens. And it’s usually not pretty.

— Really ?

— Hey, people wrote books about that ! Sure I’m serious !

— So basically, there’s no hope.

— Now you’re depressing me…
