I spotted several squirrels, a rabbit, a snake (?!) and hundreds of yellow, red and orange leaves, covered in tiny raindrops.
Exploring the Fun Canadian Museum of Nature in Ottawa
The giant cockroaches and the tarantula were pretty neat. I had never seen a spider that big and you are literally nose-to-nose with the bugs.
A Visit to the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum
The Museum provides city kids with a working farm experience and I enjoyed the visit as well—unless you were born and raised in the countryside, you rarely see farm animals, after all!

With about 130 military and civilian aircrafts from around the world covering the entire history of aviation, the Museum offers the finest collection in the country.
